About the Event

When you register, you receive an invite to four evenings that make up this course! In Starry Nights, we will explore healthy habits for sleep.  Sleep is so important to our health, and yet so many of us simply do not get enough meaningful rest. In the first week, we will learn the reasons why sleep can be difficult and the habits that work against a healthy sleep.  In the following weeks, we will explore small but meaningful changes that we can make to assist in learning healthy sleep habits.  We will explore the role of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in healthy (and unhealthy) sleeping patterns.
